Devi Consulting worked with Simatek's organisation to develop an entirely new strategy for the company, which meant taking the company and it's employee on a journey, which presented numerous challenges, both in terms of process and content . We chose to work with Devi Consulting because we saw that we get the support for the entire process, right from aligning the requirements to the development of the new strategy with the Board to uncover with the organisation the changes and competence developments required for implementing the new strategy. We also felt confident that Devi Consulting would show the flexibility required to ensure that the goal at all times was in focus. In some areas of the business, we started with a Business Plan Development project, which Devi Consulting also drove. Devi Consulting designed the proces and guided us through numerous workshops and plenum sessions during the 9 months period, which the process took. Jørgen Lemming worked hard to drive the process, but also ensured that everyone involved in the process got involved and was heard along the way, so we were sure that we truly achieved what we wanted; "a bottom up and out side in" developed strategy, which all are now busy implementing. We are confident that the new strategy will yield the results expected within the 3 year horizon, whilst we on a daily basis can see that the organisation now works on a set of common values and are focussed on improving competence and processes.
